TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Advance amount: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Cancellations: Reservations are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Incase of any unforeseen circumstances 50% of the total amount has to be paid.
- Trial policy: Trail session is done at the studio for Rs. 3,000/-. The price only includes makeup, extra charges for lashes, lenses, hairstyle etc.
- Waiting Charges: Late arrivals will incur Rs. 1000/- for wait time more than 60 mins.
- Additional services: We request the clients & their families to have respectful & courteous behavior towards us. No free service of any kind will be provided. Any additional services requested will be charged separately.
- Payment method: The remaining balance is due on the day of the service, need to be made right before or after the makeup session payable in cash or via online payment methods Payment [GPay/ PhonePe/ PayTM]. Please don’t ask for concessions at the time of payment.
- Additional cost: Hair accessories, flowers, travel will incur additional cost.
- Photography: We may request permission to take photos for our portfolio. Your privacy is respected.
